I am presently unable to format my San Disk 64 gb micro sdxc card which I bought only a month ago and have been using in my samsung galaxy note 2. I cnnot add or delete files. I am able to add files but they again disappear after a while. Even while formatting the phone allows to format, then checks the card, and then the data appears again as before. I have tried regedit, diskpart, sd formatter but nothing seems to work. Please suggest a resolution.
