Hello all. I started having problems the day the Nvidia driver 331.82 was released (11/19/2013). I installed it and at first the computer failed at installing it, so I attempted to install again and wouldn't allow me, I forgot the exact error message (was 10 days ago) but I fixed the problem and got it installed, but my computer was still running slow. From that day, when I would start up the computer day after, sometimes it would say windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown, event blue screen, I did not see a blue screen for any of the shutdowns. I currently have 5 dump files from them. I was not protected by anti virus at the time, never payed for the next years subscription of Trend Micro, so I installed the free trial and it found 6 trojans, 3 were false positives from an IRCBot for a Minecraft game server, the others seem the same exact trojan but in the recycling bin, and I did reinstall the server software a few times and delete the others so its probably the same exact file in the recycling bin. I then did a sweep with SpySweeper, then today I used Malware Bites, Cureit, TDSSkiller, and nothing found so I assume the computer is clean. During the duration from 11/19 through now, sometimes the computer would randomely freeze for a few seconds then unfreeze with a beep from the speakers, and sometimes the mouse pointer would change using the wrong symbol, for example the symbol that shows up to type in a box would turn into a move left and right symbol, or would turn to an orange color. Text in my browser is a bit blurry, when I put a video on youtube in HD on full screen, the title on the top and the time at the bottom has blurry pixelated numbers and letters. When I start games such as Team Fortress 2, the valve logo takes 15 seconds to show up! Before this graphics card update, it would immediately show the logo and the game would load up. When my computer loads up, it shows black screen for 5-10 seconds with cursor and finally shows login screen, use to be instant. When I click the start button, all the icons for programs take a few seconds to load, and they load slowly, even when I press all Programs. I do not believe this is a hardware problem. I did a full computer cleaning, took things out, cleaned and used compressed air, and basically everything on the inside, fans, gpu, etc. My CPU temps are normal, 30 C on idle, around 50-65 C when in a game. But currently as I type this, I have 76 processes running, wtf?? Only thing I have opened is Mozilla Firefox, steam is closed, Facebook messenger closed, etc. When I close task manager and immediately reopen, it would show CPU usage 40%-70%, then drop to 15-20%. It use to be only about 3-10%. One thing before I noticed, before the driver update, on start it would sometimes say CPU FAN FAILED, but then it would continue, and it will be still running, its on as we speak, there is nothing wrong with it.Heres the current usage

Its showing only 2 fans weirdly, as I have 3, the back, cpu, and the front, but the front connects right to a power supply, the other 2 to a mother board so I believe thats why. This is a custom built pc I have had for a year and 5 months now, never had this problem. I reinstalled Windows 7 this august, because my HD was full and didn't know why, I had the same exact amount of stuff installed in this install and the last one, while this one has about 250 GB of room left, the other had about 30, weird. What should I do? Should I perhaps just reinstall windows and install drivers from the discs I had? Any help would be appreciative :)

Yes. With all those troubles, something got a major screw up. I would start all over.

Hmm alright, gonna have to find the discs, if anyone has any ideas of what the problem is at least that would be great. I forgot to mention I installed an older driver after the new one failed and it was still slowing
Edit:Btw, Graphics card stats

NOTE THE TEXT BELOW IS PART OF THE PICTURE NOT THE THREAD, SORRY
Edit2: Woah Im noticing GPU usage 0%, perhaps its that??
