ive been working the build off this one on cyberpower http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/BLACK_FRIDAY_BLOWOUT_X79

i know there are alot of stuff i can switch to make it better, or hardware that better and cheaper to just switch but on the website i am very limited and even though i am limited it seems like they have good deals for that specific computer.

i am limited to switching processors and what not if you click on the link you can see what i am limited to but i am trying to make sure i have a build with atleast 16gb ram and 780 and a motherboard that has sli prefer 3 but 2 is fine...i searched up the other motherboards they offered and not many of them seemed good or doesnt work well with i7-4820k, hopefully you can get back to me soon.

and my range has to be close to or around 1600 (including tax and shipping)

I would change the CPU to an i5, an LGA2011 i7 is just overkill for gaming purposes, you simply don't need the 6 cores with 12 threads. Four cores with four threads is plenty.
Nor do you need 32GB of RAM, think 8GB. PSU could be more in line with 600W for the rig as is.

I recommend just building your own, $1600 is more than enough to get a top of the line gaming rig. This way your at least sinking your extra cash in areas that make sense like the case and storage, rather than throwing money at a bigger processor and more RAM which wont benefit you at all.
