Which motherboard should I get?

I am planning to build a gaming PC either next month or in early January. Originally, I was planning to go with the Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 which is currently $189. However, I just discovered that the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX LGA1150 (rev. 1.x) is available for $114. Here are the parts that I have selected:

CPU Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $209.99
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.99
Memory Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $94.99
Storage Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" SSD $212.99
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Combo or $79.99
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM $79.99
Video Card Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB $319.99
Sound Card Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD $149.99
Wireless Network Adapter TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 $24.99
Case Corsair 600T Silver ATX Mid Tower $139.99
Case Fan Aerocool Silent Master 200B 76.0 CFM 200mm $19.98
Aerocool Silent Master 200B 76.0 CFM 200mm $19.98
Aerocool Shark 82.6 CFM 120mm $12.98
Power Supply Antec 620W ATX12V / EPS12V $49.99
Optical Drive Asus BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer Combo or $39.99

I don't have any plans to overclock in the near term. I may add an additional HDD at some point in the future and possibly a second GPU (If I get a second GPU, I will get a more powerful PSU)

Will both of these motherboards work with the parts that I have selected? Which motherboard should I get? Does the (rev. 1.x) mean that it has the Haswell C2 chip set?
Thanks.

Legenda in Aeternum
Think you had it picked from the start, I went through 20 builds before deciding on the Hero for my own Haswell build, and no regrets, takes all I throw at it, which is a lot, I use it to test components for new builds, upgrades and repairs, and wouldn't trade it off for any other mobo I worked with, OCs very well, handles DRAM great, runs cool and has great sound also
