Will Anything in my System hold a possible Graphics card Back?

So I have been wanting to invest in a GT 630 for a while.

The exact name of this card is "PNY - GeForce GT 630 Graphic Card - 780 MHz Core - 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.0 x16"

System Specs:
AMD A8-5500K APU
AMD HD 7470m Integrated
350 WATT Peak PSU
1 tb 5400 RPM Hard Drive
System Model is a CM1745 Asus

I am not asking for any criticism on my card I wish to get, I just want to know if I can run this card and see a major performance boost. EX: Instead of getting only 10 frames in Farcry 3, Ill see 30-45 in 720p

I am not much of a gamer, but I like to game occasionally. My 7470 really limits me. I want to be able to play games fluently, not current games, but games like BF3, FC3, I heard the GT 630 can really play anything. I just want to know if anything will hold me back.

It should be a simple matter of plugging it into the pci express slot, plugging the monitor into the card, installing the drivers and selecting your video preference to the nvidia 630 rather than your APU graphics

Would I install the drivers first, or after I install the Card?
