Can anyone recommend a CPU Cooler?

I've been told if I want to overclock that a aftermarket CPU cooler is the way to go.. Can anyone recommend a cheap cooler with good performance.

Cooloermaster Hyper 212 EVO. You have similar specs to mine, should be able to get a decent overclock out of it. With this board don't exceed 4.6ish though.

If you want the best of the best Noctua NH-D14.

Can you find it yourself from partpicker? :D

Very cheap thanks, Also a additional question if I may.. I see you have a 8320. I'm planning on getting a GTX 760 maybe a 770 Would i be bottlenecked by the 6300 even if I OC.
