I'm looking for the best cpu I can get for the price, while not being concerned with OC'ing. I'm assuming these two are some of my best bets.

Is it worth it to pay $30 more for the 3470, or will the 3350p hold its own just as much and I won't notice much of a difference? Or is there an even more interesting option (not including OC-capable cpus)?

Thanks for any help!

Solution
the 3350p doesn't have a intergrated gpu (which would have been shit anyway) and it is slightly slower. Depends if u have a dedicated gpu/ and or if u game. If u do, you should go with the 3470

1st: do you have a gpu?
If yes the $30 isnt worth it, if no, you'll have to go with the 3470

I'll definitely have a gpu - won't be using onboard graphics

I have been looking at these two recently as well.
The 3470 has a better turbo boost than the 3350P, (200Mhz vs 100MHz on all cores and 400MHz vs 200MHz when using a single core), as well as a 100MHz higher base frequency. I'm not sure how much that will affect things, but with the small difference in price I think I'll go for the 3470.
