Will a Fx-9370 work with my Mother board?

I am looking to upgrade my computer, and the thing I am upgrading now is my CPU. This is the motherboard that I currently have. And this is the processor. So simply enough, will it work? Or will I need to flash my BIOS with a newer version to get that to work? (And if I do need to BIOS flash, how do I do that?)

I'm still pretty nooby when it comes to computers, so any help is greatly appreciated.

i do not see that cpu on the list, so looks like the bios would not support it.
