Hello all, i have been putting together my own gaming rig piece by piece with some nice price drops. Then i thought with some of these price drops i could probably afford to by my little bro a decent gaming rig.For about 800 dollars, preferably less,i would like a build with either 7950,7970 or the nvidia equivalent. Just as long as it has room for upgrading later, and takes advantage of some of these great deals thanks.

Approximate Purchase Date: now

System Usage: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies

Are you buying a monitor: yes 1080p

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website: no

Location: colorado
Parts Preferences: no

Overclocking: not sure
SLI or Crossfire: not sure

My brother is not into the highest fps,or overclocking(yet) he doesn't even want one that badly but my other bro and i are both building pc's and if i get him one he will probably get into it.

So if possible please provide a basic build and then a more "enthusiast build" if that makes sense

Yea, kind of what i had in mind and might be safe to say its pretty much as good as it gets, looking at first option. You think this thing would be cool enough, don't plan on overclocking now and would't want him to with a "budget" build and case. That being said, might ditch cooler to come in on budget.

Thanks a lot man
