Advise/Help for upgrading my PC.

i Currently using Asus Vanguard B85 and i felt i need a better board,i dont do OC that much, just slightly sometimes. When i am building this system i was in tight budget and now i wanted to change some of the component to make it much better. i dont wish to change my processor as i think 4770 is enough for me then the K.

MB- Asus Vanguard B85
CPU -Intel 4770 non-K Haswell
GPU - Asus GTX760
PSU - Corsair HX750W
Ram - 8 GB 1600 MHZ - Team elite ( Not sure what brand)
HDD - SEAGATE 1TB
SSD - WD 120G
Chasis - Silverstone Redline

Hopefully to get opinion of everyone on this.

You want to upgrade why?
For a non-O/C'er or light O/C'er, that board is fine.
The processor and gfx card are great for 1080P gaming. I guess you could always go for more card, though if necessary. How much do you want to $pend?

Hi clutch,

My budget is around 200$ for the motherboard as I thought it will provide better performance in future, if I were OC is it great to get a Z87 Mobo? Or i need to change the processor? Sorry kinda newbie to OC and stuff

Actually your build is quite good already, but you may consider doing and SLI, the problem is with that mobo, its not possible.

You might want to upgrade your motherboard and with your case you should get an ATX mobo too, this is a good midrange overclock ready mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131981.

Your PSU is enough to get another gtx 760 then SLI it. And you'll be able to play all modern games with ease on Max settings and upto 4k resolution.

Thanks for the recommendation , I have 1 in mind but I not sure if it a good Mobo , Asus Gryphon z87 and can I get a gtx770 instead of gtx760 for my second card?

If you already have gtx 760 then buy another 760, bec you cant SLI different version of cards, it must be the same 760 card. If you buy the 770, your 760 will be useless.

Keep in mind that if you are using an OEM license Windows, switching motherboards will make the license invalid. MS will expect you to buy a new license before it will be activated again. Of course there are ways to try and get around that problem.
