ok to start I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY A NEW CASE! so please dont suggest buying a new case cause i will in the hopefully near future. i bought some new parts and a liquid cooler cause i want to oc a fx 6300. Now the question is can i pull cool air through the back and push warm air out the front? I only ask cause the case i have doesnt have enough room to mount the rad and the fans on the back but i do on the front. Will this cause any issues for me or no?

Solution
The fact that its OEM means you arent going to get much better airflow any way you do it. If it fits the way you have it that probably going to be the same as if you put it somewhere else.
Independent of the case if you push cool air out the front with the radiator, the CPU wont be as cool. Cooling a radiator with warm air leads to less cooling.
Now if you pull cool air though it like a normal case setup the whole case is warmer but the cpu stays cooler.
If your components are cool enough then mounting it in the front with a normal fan configuration it would work.
You can do the setup you had the idea for.

Not knowing his case, will a liquid cooler be able to reach his CPU from the front of any case? Also I run 3 corsairs(H60,H70 and H80) and exhaust only adds a degree or two over intake.

sorry guys i should have said more about it. Its acually a oem matx hp case. i just mounted it to pull air out of the case. i dont know how well its gonna work but if you think its gonna cool better by turning the fans around thats not a huge problem. i just figured it would be best since its such a small case to pull the heat from the cpu out rather than pull it in.
my other spcs are:
evga bronze 600 watt psu/w 49amp 12v rail
amd fx-6300 cpu
raedeon hd 5750 (gonna upgrade at the same time as the case)
GA-78LMT usb3 mobo
4 gb ddr3 kingston value ram (upgradeing hopefully soon)
thermaltake water performer 2.0
and yes i did have to modify the oem case to fit the cooler but it wasnt too bad just had to drill a few holes for the screws

so basically if i have 2 exhaust fans and no intake fans (only intake would be the holes on the side of my case) it wouldnt cool very well? and thanks for the help i will pick you for best awnser

It would cool alright, but there isnt enough flow to the two exhausts so they would be working harder to accomplish less. Switch the one thats not the watercooler around and see the difference.
I have one intake and two exhausts with 3 open fan slots.
