i have
CPU: Core 2 duo E8200 @2.66
Board: Asus P5QPL-AM Supports Pci-e 1.1
Ram: Corsair 2GB DDR2 800MHZ
PSU: 450W

Q1: Suggest me a best Nvidia GPU guys !

Q2: can i run GTX 650 on it without any issues ?

Q3: i heard from a shop guy that i cant run GTX card on this boards slot if it has pci-e 1.1 he told me that chances are 10-20% that a GTX will run on this board ! what do you say about it ?

Q4: does my processor Bottleneck my card and will slow its performance output ?

Solution
I would recommend getting a new PC... Just because a Core 2 Duo with 800 MHZ RAM and a 650... Just isn't a powerful enough setup to run many games, even on lower settings you are looking at maybe 30-45 fps on titles that AREN'T Crysis, Battlefield, or even COD. (especially because of that STUPID RAM deal... you 'need' 6.)

Again, I would recommend getting a new PC. Either you can build it yourself, or get it from a vendor like:

Cyberpower: http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/
Origin (a more 'premium' PC building site, although there is basically no difference in craftsmanship) http://www.originpc.com/
And Ibuypower:http://www.ibuypower.com/

Honestly, whichever site you decide to go with is a great choice. 2 Gigs of RAM with a Duo is not...

Honestly, whichever site you decide to go with is a great choice. 2 Gigs of RAM with a Duo is not powerful enough to play many games. If you have a low price point, go with an I3 from Intel for the processor, a 760 (if you can afford a 760, if not, choose the best AMD card. 7850 perhaps?) and atleast 4 Gb of RAM. All the other stuff is up to you, but if you can afford a 1tb HDD, good for you.

Hope this helped.

I don't know if you can run GTA on this, lol.

Maybe if you turn the res down, maybe, just maybe, you could play on medium. Or you could settle for low quality, and if your system permits it (which I doubt) maybe higher settings.
Sure with the GPU being the most important part in a gaming machine, I guess you could bump up the settings...but that RAM THO!!!
PCI Express 3.0 x16 on the GPU... 1 x PCIe x16 on the mobo (according to the website) So uhh, you probably won't be able to fit it on this board, sorry bud. Again, RAM is holding you back man. Maybe you get a card that uses PCIe x16 1.0, for say a --- I just tried to find a GPU that was 'recent' enough to run on a PCIe x16 and even a GTX 480 uses 2.0...

Seriously, just save up for a system. Trust me, it's not worth it to get a new GPU. Perhaps a $700 system?

I believe we have come to the conclusion that you should save up. Again, trust me dude, you will be wasting your money. Then again, what if it doesn't fit? Will you return it?
If it does work, you won't be seeing a large or even small improvement due to that RAM and CPU.

Seriously man, It is totally worth it to save up, however much it may seem impractical.
Trust me, when you get there, you won't be dissapointed.
