Psu question on pin connectors

I have a b75 chipset and I' m upgrading the psu for a new graphics card do I need a 20 or 24 pin connector?

    My computer AME600-UR368,I know the gpu needs 2x6pin connectors now for my motherboard it is a b75 chipset now what I am wondering is for the psu I need to buy do I need a 24 or 20 pin connector

    You need the 24 pin connector, all modern boards use that one, the 20 pin is an old style connector, but most PSUs come with a 20+4 pin connector so they can work with either.
