I am looking to build my first machine. I am planning to get I7-4770K with Asus Z87 Pro. I am a data scientist so I have to play with huge datasets, hence I am looking for the best possible 32Gb RAM I can get for around 350-400 bucks.

Which RAM would you guys recommend? For me, the most important part of my machine would be a RAM , hence this question :)  . Thanks for your help in advance.

If you want budget friendly quality ram then i suggest
4x8 G.Skill Ripjaws x
If you want high quality expensive ram then i sugges
4x8 Corsair Dominator Platinum.

Next question what will be your cpu cooler? a liquid cooler? or a tower cpu fan? if cpu fan than you might want to check if it fits with your memory.

Goodluck :)

I think the Gskill RAM should do the job.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "if cpu fan than you might want to check if it fits with your memory " ?

I mean if youll be using a cpu fan then you should check if it would hit the memory you will purchase. :)
The heatsink on the memory might not fit with the cpu fan. thats what you should check out.

Dont forget to choose an answer :D  Goodluck.
