So i got my gtx 780 less than a month ago and now it is stuttering in almost every game my fps are fine but every 3 seconds or so it freezes up for about a second i have used software to monitor my temperatures and every thing looks ago the gtx 780 doesn't even hit 70 degrees the cpu temperatures are fine at about 40 degrees as well. Heres my specs asus directcuII gtx 780 3gb, Intel i7 3770 3.4 ghz, 8gb of ram, 850 watt psu i am running on windows 8 and im using the R331 driver. I have had the stuttering in BF4 and Minecraft (Ik wtf am i doing playing minecraft with a gtx 780
