I'll give you a quick background on what I will be using the PC for I also feel that it is important to say that I will be on a budget that is hovering around $700-$850. I make gaming videos on YouTube I also make IRL videos but just for family uses. The gaming videos that I make are mainly from console. The only games that I am interested in being able to play while recording and streaming on PC are Minecraft and League of Legends. I do enjoy using photo editing programs I also plan to use Sony Vegas Pro to do high quality and intense edits while rendering in 1080. I am not the most computer savvy in the way of parts and names I have built PC's before but none of the new ones. I also plan on streaming a lot and would like a PC that can stream in high quality as well as record at the same time in high quality. I also plan on running two monitors as it makes life easier. I only know this because I currently hook my 32" TV while I edit videos. The only things that I own currently that would be applicable to a PC is a keyboard, mouse and yeti mic. That being said I need a monitor that is included in the budget of the build. Thank you for any help!!

Here is a link to one of the builds that has been recommended to me. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2ajY0

Thanks you again

-Matt

Edit: Sorry for the spam but I would also really like to have an SSD to launch programs with and boot faster. Also if I can get a case with a window or one that is easy to put a window in that would be awesome.
