Increasing dedicated video memory on a Dell Inspiron 14R Laptop

There is no such accessible setting in the BIOS. Can you suggest me a way to increase the video ram. The dedicated one is 64 MB so far and I have a 2 GB graphics card and 4 GB ram. When it comes to gaming, it becomes sloppy. Can I give it to a computer technician to do the required settings? Will he be able to do it?

The video memory is a set of physical chips on the video card itself. it is impossible to increase the size of video memory without buying a new video card. since yours is in a laptop, that means buying a new laptop. only boutique gaming laptops from the likes of clevo have removable video cards.
