could be memory, try one stick or different ram if you have it
try a different GPU or no discreet

From your previous thread you said you had a Corsair 550W

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1896359/gtx-660-...

If it's that Logisys PSU then it'd definitely not up to the task, it's labelled as 550W but its true output would be more on the lines of a 300-400W PSU

Ahh shame on them for making a mistake like that

Not really a fan of the Corsair CX series, but that PSU should do fine, it's at least 80+ rated

If that doesn't help then RAM tests and etc. as suggested above would be the next thing to do

The weird part was the black screen flash every few minutes without the Pc shutting off also it didn't start it till I dix the windows rating test

Ah when you're running the WEI test it puts the system under load so the PSU couldn't keep up with the power requirements needed to power an AMD 8 core and a GTX 660 so it craps out

A bad RAM stick usually results in an inability to boot

It's just an assumption but the PSU would likely be the culprit that's shutting off the system, it would be worth replacing that crappy Logisys PSU either way

Let's just hope that things work out easily xD

Just had a look at a CPU power consumption graph, powering an AMD 8 core with a sub par PSU isn't very fun haha

It should be sufficient though customer reviews about it seem very mixed, you could also consider this as an alternative too
