While cutting photos from SD card to computer, computer battery died - invalid image

Hi All-

While transferring images from SD card to computer my batter died. I was cutting them and pasting them and then the battery died on my laptop. I can see the images listed on my computer but no thumbnail and it says invalid image when I try to open it. Since I cut them they are no longer on SD card. Any ideas how I can retrieve?

Stop using the SD card. Your pictures are probably still there. Use RECUVA to retrieve the pictures. http://www.piriform.com/recuva/download

Next time use "Copy and Paste" instead of "Cut and Paste" - Personally, I have no use for the "Cut" feature.
