Hello all, I recently posted this thread of what's been going on,
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1905326/computer...
After reviewing the dump logs, it seems ntoskrnl.exe and nvlddmkm.sys are the culprits. So I am posting in the graphics card section seeing alot of reports have to do with graphics cards I will post the dump logs here
http://www.speedyshare.com/NCpdr/5-dumps.rar
Simply click the word 5 dumps.rar at the top. I would of posted them in the thread, but I was having problems with symbols in Windbg, and when I would upload them separately it would just stay at 0%

There's 5 dump files in there,Dump from 11/19-11/29. Thanks to the user below for showing me who crashed, heres the report

The day I installed the newest driver was 11/19, I installed it because it said a performance for the new assassins creed game black flag and thought I was getting it soon so I should install it. That's when everything went downhill.
Any help will be appreciative, in the thread above I said I will do a reinstall, but before I do I want to see if it might be a hardware issue or software issue, thank you

Thank you :) . I have updated the original thread.
Now it seems to be saying update your driver, its on the most recent version, and when I installed that version, as I said, thats when the problems started. Note this is a GTX 500 TI card

On Asus SUITE it was giving a warning sign it was running to slowly but I read a custom cooler will normally say that, so its normal. Could be the reason it believes the fan is failing. How can I check if its my PSU for issues, still having the problem >.>

temp and voltages are good been looking aound for your motherboard and seen that she have another pci-e slot that work at 4x try the card in her and see if the driver will stay on it not time to check the gpu in another system even if temp and voltage are good there is could be something with it ,did you overclock that gpu ?

Never overclocked, two times though i made the fan spin faster with the Geforce program to see how loud it would get but it was only for a few seconds, and don't have another system to plug it into. I'll plug it into the other pci-e slot

I'm reading that it is bad to put a single card in the second port unless you have multiple graphics cards. Will it be bad if i do? and for test results do you mean from the program or just to see if it freezes up and goes crazy

if you could test the gpu in another system that is realy strange the power use on the card should be the same and it varies in the 4x slot it could be motherboard issue .

The viruses are from the zip you told me not to download. I haven't reinstalled my OS actually, my virus software won't get rid of because my trial has ended, I will be getting a license in the next few days. I use Webroot Secure Anywhere and Trend Micro Titanium Max Security, Webroot is the one that detected it, I believe its just spyware

they are spyware for the atomizer and the one who came with ,the other thing i see you use 2 anti virus software at the same time that could made conflict between them and cause some trouble in the system ,i been using avast free for almost 10 years and never had to reformat give it a look é

Dude this has been happening before the anti viruses were installed. Their licenses expired in June and never renewed them. I've been using them both together before that and on my laptops too, never had problem.

Alright I reinstalled windows and what not, at first it wouldn't let me install windows wasn't allowing me to use the partions, had to delete them both and create new ones. I got my anti virus on sale at amazon few mins ago for 19.99, for 5 devices, it was 80 dollars on their site :) . Should I move my graphics card back to its original slot to see if it continues happening?

this is the cloud version the disc one have a higher price for the net framework you need it and there is also a update after the 4.0 and if you stil have the issue check the picture of hwinfo on the post for the gpu value first one are the same second picture are all off set for the clock and the memory clock so time to realy test that gpu .

the virus software is on the cloud so you need to load it it did not came with a cd ,the other part is the net framework microsoft made a update on it pass 4.0 version ,the third one see you picture for the gpu on the post the first one have specs that are good but in the 4x slot your gpu give all kind of error on the clock speed the shader and the memory clock they should be the same as the main pci-e slot that why i ask you to check this gpu in another system .

Ok thanks, heres what i was told
"On Fri 2/14/2014 8:28:29 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!ExAcquireResourceSharedLite+0x1B5)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF960001756B7, 0xFFFFF880075CC070, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
