Budget Range: anything up to 800$ will go approx. 100$ over budget if it increases performance

Parts Preferences: None i am relativly new to this so i hope you guys can explain some of this stuff to me

Overclocking: I'll probably be looking into overclocking soon but its not a must

SLI or Crossfire: Same as above

Your Monitor Resolution: No monitor

Additional Comments:
I will also require an operating system (Win 7) Also if you guys could explain these things to me, will i need a network card if i am to go wireless (no ethernet port near where i will place this desktop) and could you explain any additional things i would need (Speakers,Sound cards etc)

That monitor makes the build slightly overbudgeted but still its an awesome monitor and you could get it at 130$ after rebates.

I could not open that but if you mean the K series like the 5800k then I dont recommend that. The 750K is overclockable , just at 80$, and does the job perfectly. I would strongly recommend in budget builds.

Great price on the Cpu, which will run current games just fine. Motherboard is solid too. Ram is a good price right now. Solid case, and good Psu. Nice monitor for the price, and it's also an IPS model for a better picture. Good, solid video card for gaming at 1080p. Standard keyboard, nice mouse to go with it.

Everything here except for the speakers, and you could buy what you want, or just buy a headset if you prefer. You don't need a separate sound card for it either. Also included is a pci-e wireless network card.

:edit: After looking at all the other builds, this one has the best performance. Best Cpu, fastest Ram, best Psu, best Case, and probably a tie for the best video card. The nVidia 660 in another build isn't bad either, but I think the 7870ghz out-performs it. The 270x is about the same card as well.

About aditional things, you will need a network adapter which I provided. And the network adaptor does not include in your budget as it is an additional thing. Sound cards are not necessary the motherboard will do the job.
As you said 100$ overbudget is ok if it increases perfomance. So I can provide you other things you need.
But if you say directly my budget is 800$,it only includes things like cpu motherboard, case,ram,HDD, graphics card, and processor.
Sorry for my bad english as english is not my main language and I'm just 12.

All these look amazing and thanks for the quick help, i really appreciate the time and effort you guys are putting up to helping me, i'll look at all of your builds and wait a bit more to make a final decision on what im going to build ( incase any of you come up with anything better/ new builds) anyways that said im going to take a look at all of them do some research and i wish you guys an amazing weekend and thanks for the help =D.

I do have a monitor which i think i could work with for the time being so maybe making a build without one would give me more performance and i could just use my old monitor for the time being.

Yep if you would use the old monitor then buy the r9 280 graphic card. Which will significantly boost your perfomance.
