thinking of buying these 2 laptops

are these both good for regular usage? i am not trying to spend over 1000 and tax and stuff has to be included so that why i choose both of these they are both good altthough is hard to find a touch screen laptop like the 2nd link that is not intergratted with a M suffix the U have very low power compustation and low clock rate

Don't buy a laptop. Build a PC yourself, it'll be much cheaper and perform WAY better than any of those laptops.
