Hello,
My problem is that when I do a start up test I don't get any beeps or splash screen.. All it does is keeps restarting. The fans(CPU,PSU,Case) will spin for like 10-15 Sec and the stops, after 3-4 sec it repeats the process. I've double checked everything if anything is missing a plug, I also tried methods like taking out the battery for 30 sec, taking out the RAM, trying out PSU on a different Mobo, i've been sitting here trying to figure this out and it is very frustrating. Although my suspicion would be the motherboard, I am still not sure what is wrong. This is my first time posting anything here. A simple reply would be a great help.
Here are the parts
MSI Z77A-G41
Intel Core i5-3570K
Corsair XMS3 single 4gb stick
Coolmax 700W ZX-700 (I'm pretty sure 700W is enough to power this system)
Nvidia GeForce GTX650 2gb

The only thing I can think of is either CPU is overheating or your motherboard isn't working properly... btw, when you pull battery out, also make sure there's no power going into the motherboard.

I don't think it's the CPU overheating.. because the stock fan seems to be doing fine for now. I will probably get a aftermarket cooler for it though.

have you tried reseating the CPU cooler? try to like pull all the hardware off, CPU GPU Connector RAM and then put them back and see if it works.

Tried that. Didnt work, I think something has to do with the RAM because I tried a Crucial Balistix RAM and it worked but seems like my RAM doesnt work. But the funny thing is that my Corsair RAM works on my other build.. weird huh:??:

Driver issues or RAM compatibility with motherboard I guess?...

Possibly compatibility problem.. that still doesn't really explain anything.
