what do you want to do with it is it for gaming ??
is that 430 a dual core
what im trying to say is if it is only for watching movies or internet use your on-board graphics should do the job fine but if it is for gaming I am going to say you will need to up your ram to at least 4gig and for your graphics will depend on your mother board and your power supply how many watts are you running

Not to burst your bubble, but your computer needs much more than an upgrade if you want to do any serious PC gaming. I'd suggest building a new one from scratch or getting a pre-built one from cyberpowerpc.com

Maybe an AMD 7850, an AMD 260x or an Nvidia GTX650.
Anything else would be held back too much by your CPU.
I would recommend 2gb more ram and you should be set to go gaming.
Some newer games do require a more powerful CPU though but there's still plenty you will be able to play:)

with that cpu I would not recommend you to up grade as most high end games need you to run a (duel core or bigger )if I was you... i would look at building a new rig
and if you don't have the know how there are plenty of us that do
and can help you with advice and you already have some of the things you need
as in you have a case and maybe a power supply and a dvd drive so there is a start let us know if you want
some help with the build ok
