Hello, after i finish a battle in Battlefield 4 during map change it causes my computer to crash giving me the windows 8 blue screen with a sad face giving me the error BAD_POOL_CALLER as I do not know what this means I would assume this is because of driver issues. If anybody could assist me with this issue that would be very appreciated.

Specs:
CPU-AMD FX-6100 stock clock.
GPU-AMD Radeon HD 7790 also stock clock
MOBO-Biostar TA970xe
PSU-XFX 550 Watt 80+ bronze
RAM-Corsair Xms3-1600 2x2gb with xmp profile enabled

Solution
Actually 13.11 is the latest (see bottom of list http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64) but I would uninstall the current drivers. Run Driver Sweeper to delete all AMD drivers (this will include your CPU, Audio, etc. as well). Reboot then download and reinstall all AMD current drivers from the support site and see if that helps.

Okay if battlelog is having a problem can be Battlelog is having problems OR you need to downlaod and reload the battlelog plug in (google that). Else I would try through Origin, right click the game and select Check Update, that will also repair installation if it needs to as well, but you can repeat repair installation as well after that. Far as I know there is a update you need at this point.
