advice to select GPU

Hi,
I need some advice in purchasing a GPU.
i have 17" Crt monitor(1024x768), Intel DB75EN MOBO, i3 3210 Processor, 4gb RAM(1600MHZ). My Budget is Below ind RS 4000. I Want to Play the following Games :
GTA IV
COD Black OPS
Mortal Kombat
and Some Good Games.
PLZ Help......

If you can get a new HD LCD/LED monitor first. Otherwise anything you put in there is a waste as you wont use any of the cards full potential on 1024x768 crt monitor. Most low/mid range cards will play games on low settings in a better resolution.

Also if you cant change the monitor what are the rest of your system specs (CPU, motherboard and most important PSU size).
