new computer build help

Hi I am getting a new gaming pc built. I will be gaming at 1080p this is the max resolution my monitor can handle . My questions are is a cooler master silencio 550 tower have enough cooling for a Sapphire R9 290x video card and is a 650 watt ps enough to power it during the latest games.
Please help thanks? This is my build cheers.

-If you are not overclocking, you don't need Z87 chipset motherboard. You will be fine with H87 or B85 chipset motherboard.
-650w PSU is enough for R9 290x, but i am not familiar with that brand of PSU, you might go with: Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic or Antec
-The CM Silencio 550 has only two fans, one at front, and one at the back. I think it will be enough, but there are better cases for that amount of money and offer 3 fans, one at the front(intake), one at the top(exhaust) and one at the back (exhaust)
