Need help fitting gpu in case

So I just ordered a evga gtx 770 and i was wondering if it would fit in my case

Also if it doesint fit could i break my bays or something? I'm only going to use 2 hard drives I currently got 1 But I hope it doesint come down to that And also if you find a cheap mid tower case that would deffintly fit please inform me. 10-30$ price range maybe slighty higher

It looks it might fit but I cant be sure. if you take some photos of the case with a ruler that would help us greatly
