I plan on just gaming mostly and probably just browsing the web. Most likely overclocked but not that extensively and no sli or crossfire. This build will probably last me +3 years hopefully. The games I am trying to play are Total War Rome 2, Civ 5, BF4, Skyrim, Witcher 2, Batman, etc... Also I am reusing the psu
Should i drop the SSD? It would save me a good amount of money. I would like to get a good graphic card like the 760 but $249.99 is a bit too much. Would just one MSI or Sapphire 7870 be sufficient enough?

Also i was going to go with the Nzxt Phantom but i don't think the parts i have selected are going to fit. I am open to suggesting on a good case for probably $40-80. I also bought window 7 today at microcenter today and i already have a monitor, mouse, keyboard.

Solution
The motherboard is OK but not really set up for heavy duty overclocking

The power supply would make a decent door stop .
72% efficiency means its an older design without Active PFC .
Use only 80+ bronze or better power supplies
You need a 500 - 550 watt unit for that build

Yes drop the SSD .
You could add one later if you wanted

Cases are personal choices . But for $50 I think the nicest available is the Antec ONE gamer

Would the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H be better? or the ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Socket LGA 1150 Z87 ATX Intel Motherboard for o/c. I would most likely o/c the 4670k to around at least 4.0-4.2 and not over the top like 4.4+ ghz.

I think i might just wait till Cyber Monday and see if there is a better deal than the 760 and $50 cheaper.
Anyone else recommended a good looking case at a good value.
