I am looking to upgrade to a 990FXA MOBO and add an SSD to my build.
My current build was built by me and the OS was installed by a retail Windows 7 Home OEM disc I also purchased.
I want to install my OS to my SSD. Is it possible to use the same disc/product key on my current HDD and put it on the SSD? My plan is to save my wanted files(media, etc.) to a USB and format my HDD then install the OS on the SSD and move my wanted files back onto the freshly formatted HDD. After of course my OS and drivers are installed on the SSD.
