I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre 6234BQ1. The problem is that i dont know anything about it. I was trying to get some info on the mobo so that i could figure out a graphics card to buy. It can't even run GTA IV on it right now. I tried to google it, use everest and cpuz but to no avail. What graphics card slot it has? Can i run an HD 7770 on it? I heard it needs a different power supply from the mobo so can i do it on this PC? Is the power supply enough? If not can i get a HD 7750? Will that work? Does it have an AGP slot so can i add an old Geforce 6200?
Sorry i know nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Have a look on this link - i hope you find nice info there :
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/detai...

Q: What graphics card slot it has?
A: PCI Express x16 adapter card slot ( 2. from the link diagram of the mobo )

Q: Can i run an HD 7770 on it?
A: if you can fit the Card size in the Case and if you change the PSU -> Yes

Q: I heard it needs a different power supply from the mobo so can i do it on this PC?
A: It needs 1x75W 6pin power connector - you don`t have this on you Lenovo PSU

Q: Is the power supply enough?
A: NO ........ it`s 280 Watt PSU and you need 450 Watt Power Supply as required.

Q: If not can i get a HD 7750?
A: with the stock PSU you`r be at 90-100% load - if you add other PSU f.e. 400W then YES on 100%

Q: Will that work?
A: Yes

Q: Does it have an AGP slot so can i add an old Geforce 6200?
A: No you don`t

I hope i`v helped !
