Need help with upgrading motherboard

Hello , I wan't to buy a new MSI 970A G43 or G46. Everything is ok exept the computer cases front panel connecors, I don't know how would I connect them if I buy the motherboard and it's dangerous so, can someone help me please? Here is my specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 3,0GHz

GPU: MSI GTX 660 2GB GDDR5

PSU: Corsair GS600

Motherboard: Biostar NF520D3

RAM: Transcend 2x2GB 1333MHz DDR3

HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200RPM

Case: Blueberry BC-M42 ( The PSU has been upgraded to 600W )

dangerous becouse if i plug in the cables inversely it can make damage to the motherboard

I have messed up wiring the front panel headers before, the only one I would say is an issue is the USB one. Having said that, the USB header is now an all in one connector that has a missing pin to tell you which way round it needs to go.
