Right click on start window and go to the event viewer>log summary>system>power troubleshooting to see what caused your laptop to restart. Take note of the exact moment it restarted and look at the Wake Source: that might need the adjustment

Do you have a chance to go into the BIOS while its booting? While you see the logo press F4, sometimes is F6 and go into the BIOS, there you can select to restart on safe mode and see if you go into windows
