GTX 770 which one to choose between

I am upgrading from ati5850 to gtx 770 mainly because nvidia has this cool recording software called shadowplay. So which one should I choose between Gigabyte 770 1189 MHz, EVGA 770 1136 MHz or MSI 770 1150 MHz? The MSI is about 40-50$ cheaper than the others.

Evga's gtx 770 with acx cooling is amazing. I've only heard good things about it. It's is worth the extra money to put down on that one.

You can see easy to read benchmarks on all your questionable GPU selections. You can visually see which one you would want to choose.
