Am I bottlenecking my graphics?

Hello, I have an MSI AMD Radeon R7 260x. I am wondering if i am bottlenecking this card with either my cpu or ram. My CPU (apu) is an AMD A8-3870k (oc'd to 3.2ghz, default 3ghz [4 cores]), and I have 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz (oc'd to 1866MHz, yes, i know, 4gb is a little bit..). Is either my ram or cpu bottlenecking my gpu? If so, what can I do? Thank you.

Solution
You can monitor your CPU-GPU during a game and check if the CPU goes over 60%-70% and the GPU goes under 90%

You need to keep your CPU overclocked and play games at ultra settings to reduce bottlenecking if there is any.

Do you have any game lags? It seems there should be a GPU bottleneck but if you are ok with your gaming experience don't worry and continue with it, keep your cpu overclocked and make sure that your current cooling system is enough to keep your CPU and GPU cool.

You can also use a game optimizer like Razer Game Booster to stop redundant services and programs and dedicate more of the system resources (CPU, Ram) to your games. (I think it's a freeware)

At last, I recommend you to upgrade to AMD FX series or an i5 3570k if you can afford it and a pair of 4GB 1600 of Ram would be more than enough.
