Hello, I have just received my computer parts and I just finished building the pc, however the first time I tried to start it up only the LEDS and the fans would work. So I read up on it and saw that I should reset the CMOS by jumping the cables and I did that and it worked so went through installing but when my pc restarted it didn't come back on, So then I reset the cmos again and it worked now Resetting the cmos won't work and I can't even turn on my PC but the fans and leds still go.
