Hey guys,I just bought some components for my PC:
-Intel i5 4670
-EVGA GTX 660Ti
-2x4Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
-Gigabyte B85-HD3 motherboard
I have a 550W Power Supply and everytime I am getting in a game which uses the video card at full capacity(BF3,Medal Of Honor Warfighter,Dayz etc.) my computer crashes..It's not like it reboot itself but pops up a coloured image and I can't do anything only to restart it by using the power button.
I checked in the Event Viewer of Windows 8.1 and I get Kernel-Power Event ID 41 critical error.
I think the power supply causes this error and I wanted to make sure if it is.Thank you for you'r time!

Why did not you give us the make and model of the PSU if the entire purpose of this question was to inquire about your PSU? Without that, it does sound like maybe a bad PSU, or maybe it's not bad and simply a cheaply made one, or it could be a bad capacitor on the motherboard.

Could be the processors overheating. Run Core Temp (google it) and see how hot they are getting. Make sure the fans have good air supply and are free from dust. It can have effects like this, believe me.
