I have Windows 7 - 32 bit on my system. I use the default Windows Firewall and Avast! Internet Security Firewall. I always have them turned on. But from past 2 days I am experiencing a problem. I am unable to browse the internet with the firewalls on (either both or any one of them). I acn do p2p by torrent. But cannot surf the Internet. I have tried with all my browsers namely IE9, Firefox, Chrome and Maxthon but in vain 
. I can browse on "Safe Mode with Networking" though. And whenever I switch on my firewall, the Internet comes back again.
Please Help. I cant turn the firewalls off bcoz that'll put my PC in risk.
