I currently have a small problem with this kit as it only detects three of the dimms, i have double checked all the dimms are working by testing each in a good slot but it seems to be a problem with one slot onboard (Dimm B1) and i want to try everything before i consider RMA of the board as that's an annoying process. It claimed i was running triple channel before on CPU-Z but now after switching ram chips around a bit it says Quad channel as it should and also says its 16 GB but in windows itself it does not detect the other 4 GB on slot B1. Any ideas folks?

I think I did have same issue once. All I did was going to bios and did hit all memory settings auto mode and then windows did find all memory. After that was working right for me.
But look first if bios show all memory as "active"

I did just OC my memory too much. With too tight settings. With more lose settings did go more MHz.

Try that and if you cant get it working then RMA is only choice.

Everything is on automatic ive done everything i can i have confirmed that all 4 DIMMs show up in the bio but only says theres 12 gb So yeah looks like im going to have to RMA this, that means taking the machine to bits and ugh...

If they are auto settings. Then try manual and OC settings.
Can you post screenshot whan it post bios and memory settings advanset menu

And bios there is something loke 60/64 remapping. Is that enabled?
Look all bios settings trough with manual.
Then if that do not help you can try new windows install.
