FX-8320 vs FX-6300

Hey there,

I'm planning on making a gaming PC rather soon with Cyber Monday coming up. Now I see some sales early and I see that the FX-8320 is only 5$ more to the FX-6300. But is this worth it?

I've heard that the FX-6300 overclocks better, and since this is a gaming PC I do prefer faster sequential processing. But keep in mind, I do want to option to able to stream with my games.

I plan on using a Zalman CNPS12X cooler. I'm wondering whether it's a no brainer, or fx-6300 overclocks much better and should be a serious contender.

Also is the 8320 the same chip with different clock to the 8350?

I would go with the AMD 8320. I have one overclocked to 4Ghz and had it to 4.2Ghz without a voltage increase and it's awesome:) So i basically have the 8350 for 8320 money.
Streaming will make use of the extra cores which some games don't use.
Battlefield 4 and crysis 3 can use 8 cores. Assassins creed 4 uses 5 cores of my cpu.
If your going to spend that kind of money on a CPU cooler have you considered the Noctua NH-D14-2011 Dual Radiator CPU Cooler?

For the cooler at the deal I am getting it at the cooler is the same price as the 212 EVO.

One concern I have though. Is the 8320 produces more heat. And the mother board I will be using is probably the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3. Would this be a good combination or must I go with a 990fx board? I can't really go higher than the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3. I hear it's the best overclocking board for the buck.
