Motherboard- ASUS M5A97 R2.0
CPU- FX 8320 Vishera
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU- Sapphire Radeon HD 7950
RAM- Corsair Vengeance (16GB)
PSU- Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 650 watt
Case- NZXT Source 530
or
Cooler Master HAF 932

And can someone recomned at HDD and SSD that are good and cheap and a disk drive

Can this play BF4 on high - ultra settings with around 60 FPS

and feel free to leave recomindations

P.S.- I'm not real tech savvy

Sounds pretty good.
I would consider buying one of the new AMD cards such as a 270x or 280x depending on budget.
Also 8gb is all you will really need, I made the mistake of buying 16gb.

SSD I would use a SanDisk one, and Seagate are cheap HDD's

u wont get 60FPS on bf4 with this config, you have to get a 280x or a 770 for that.

At the moment 16gb is useless u can buy it later on
invest the money in the gpu instead get a 280x or a gtx 770
and btw do u have a full HD monitor?

280x is a rebranded 7970 which is way better than 7950

r9 280x gives 54 fps @ bf4 1080p highest settings
while r9 270x gives 45-46 it nearly competes against a gtx 760
