I'm getting an Intel Core i7-3930k Processor with an ASUS P9X79 PRO motherboard and a NZXT HAVIK 140 CPU cooler but I'm afraid the cooler will block the RAM slots. Any suggestions for a different CPU cooler? Or would the NZXT Havik 140 fit?
PS: Price is not really an issue.

I just got the Noctua NH-U12P SE2. I can clip the fan on the radiator at any height to accommodate high RAM heat spreaders. All of the Noctuas work the same way.

most larger aftermarket heatsinks will block (or somewhat block) RAM slots. Do you homework by reading all the build reviews (on review sites such as here, Anandtech, Frostytech, etc) for the cooler you are interested in. Also, go for low -profile memory if possible. Otherwise, find out how tall of memory yor cooler will allow and buy your memory accordingly. You may need to install memory prior to heatsink installation.
