How will this computer i will be building play games like battlefield 4,minecraft, call of Duty, planetside 2, and other games that have intense graphics? I want to be able to max out the games on highest settings at or around 60+ fps. Will it be able to handle the games? And i do not plan on overclocking because I do not want to vous warrenties or break components. This is the build:

$650 is really hard to "Future Proof" with, I made a semi Future Proof for $872.61 after MIR and I really skimped on some things like a storage drive and a 2nd generation Gfx card and a very featureless case and you would have to rely on stock CPU cooler which is ewwww.

I'm not an AMD guy but you could probably save a little bit of money if somebody else could guide you on that side of the spectrum. the 3570k is pretty hard to beat though.

I have the 7870 and its a great card for the price but I cant say its future proof, I already feel it with some newer games. I don't notice the difference between med, high, and ultra in most games anyways- so for me Ill be fine for a couple more years. If you *need* ultra, max MSAA, highest possible FPS, you should look into a gtx 770, or an r9 290. this of course might put you out of your budget..

How much fps would you say you get on battlefield 4 on ultra? The 7870 looks like a really good deal and maybe a year down the road i will put another 7870 for crossfire. Will that work and give it better performance?

an ideal setup for Xfire is a 990 chipset on your motherboard, and a r9 series card, they are basically the same as the HD 7XXX series, but they Xfire much better, with better driver support for that too. If you know you will xfire eventually then go with the r9 280. Or if you want get a single HD 7970 (apparently it is 2 7850's on a single card.) That is like xfire but better optimized given the circumstances. If you can afford it, move with the times, and get the r9 series.

on ultra with all settings on max? at 1080p with a 7870 probably like 25 or 30 solid frames, at high or medium probably get up to 45 or 50 fps. Im yet to test the game on my rig, but im curious to know too since I have a 7870 dc2
