is the issue with ever pc?? or just one. if it one pc uninstall the hp software and reinstall it. if it all the pc..check the printer port settings in the printer. make sure the ethernet port/wifi port set as the main printer data port not the usb port.

please excuse the delay in picking up your message,but I have been absent from home for a few weeks. thanks very much for your reply, but I found that the fault was all mine and that the link to the lan was badly set up. When I realised this, i sorted out the network problem by clearing up the link ambiguity and all seems to be well. Thanks for your reply.
