please suggest me best gpu for 235 watt psu!

I have a desktop, Dell Optiplex 360 DT,
here are the specifications of my pc
- Intel Core2Duo E7400 2.8 GHz (max power consumption 65w)
- 2+2 gb ddr2 ram
- a hdd and a dvd optical drive
with no additional hardware/fans/cooler installed.

power rating of my psu is 235w ( 9A +3.3 V , 15A +5.0V)

please suggest me the best possible gpu i can install on my system

my system supports low profile gpu and i was wondering if i could install one of these
- asus gefore 210 1gb/ddr3
- asus radeon hd 5450 1gb/ddr3

please help!!

I know this is late but anyway, I installed a Radeon HD 6570 DDR3 1GB on a dell 360 DT with your same specs except RAM of (2x1GB) and it is working wonderfully, as far as I know this is one of the best gpu's you can get for that system and your budget. You can upgrade to a 255w dell 360 power supply.

i Have a dell optiplex 380 too i put a r7 240 1gb gddr5 in mine and overcloked it and its running great that would be my suggestion but you could also go with a hd 6570 or hd 7750 low profile
