Money is not a problem hence the reason I'm not building it. Do you guys think I could run Bf4 and Arma 3 on ultra graphics but still get good frames? Thanks!

For 'gaming heavily' you're at least 2-300% of what you need to spend. So much extra crap in there I don't even know where to begin.

Maybe say something like: "I need a gaming PC for games X, Y, and Z. My budget is $1,800 max. This includes monitor and OS"
