ive overclocked my cpu, an age ago, and now the noise is getting annoying so im going to downclock it, but theres one problem i cant see the bios because i was messing around and choose it to boot with intel HD graphics. the thing is that i cant change it back because i cant see what im doing, all i see is a black screen until its in windows login screen, and i cant hook it up with HDMI because my monitor dosnt support it, and the only input for the HD graphics is hdmi, i dont have any converters. so im just looking for navigation ( like press F4 then go 2 right and one down) to set the graphics card to be my GTX 760 and not the HD graphics. My MOBO is a Asus Sabertooth Z77 and the cpu is a 3770k.

Solution
Clearing the CMOS should do it for you. From there you would need to set the proper boot device and such back to your settings. I have the same motherboard. The CMOS jumper is at the bottom of the board about in the middle. Power down your system then move the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 for about 5 seconds or so. Then move it back to 1-2. After that you can power up and you should be able to then get into the BIOS and reset what ever you need from there for your boot drive and AHCI mode if you used that when you installed Windows
