I have an alienware aurora, i turned my PC on today and the fans are blasting at full speed! I have alienware thermal controls usually that i can change to *manual control* but it wont even let me change that, it says access denied.

Off hand it sounds like it's time for a thorough cleaning, open it up, blow it out with some compressed air. Pay particular attention to the fans especially the CPU cooler and the graphics card. Check your CPU cooler mounting also to make sure it hasn't become loose.
At least that's where I would start here
