My friends told me that my microphone lowers my volume after a few seconds of talking, so I checked it out myself. What happens is pretty much what they said, the mic volume will quickly lower itself after a few seconds of talking and sound quite weird, then shut off entirely.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Edit: Should probably add that it happens with any microphone.
