Should I grab this board?

It's time for a new mobo, or at least I could go for one. I'm using an ASUS P8-Z68 PRO and I'm not the happiest with it - it seems quite finicky, always has, but it's worked for the time being and I've had great gaming experiences with it as my mobo.

I really like the ASRock OC formula board:

I have an i5-2500k, and thus am looking for an Intel LGA 1150 socket board.

It seems to be quite an efficient board (I read through TomsHardware's motherboard lineups for the fall and it included this board) - the only thing I don't like about it is that it won't match my color scheme of blue (but the yellow on black looks vicious).

Does anybody have any recommendations on boards? I truthfully don't see anything wrong with this board, it seems to have a lot of hype around it which is why I am making a post to gather some intel on it and other boards.

Thanks, let me know what you guys think!

It is a good mobo BUT
Your CPU is lga1155
The mobo is 1150
It will not work together you will need a haswell cpu for that mobo.

Yes, certainly one of the joys while posting half-awake.. Excuse me, sorry for the waste of time! LOL. I even typed out 1155 in my post, and then double-checked the mobo and changed it to 1150. Simply wasn't paying attention, thanks anyways for the info all!
